Banana pie recipe

Ingredients
Butter 100g
Eggs 2
Milk 150ml
Sugar 350g (1.5 cup)
Flour 320g (2 cups)
Baking powder 2tsp
Vanilla sugar 1tsp
Pinch of salt
Bananas 2


1) Peel off and mash bananas (you can use a fork)
2) Mix soft butter with sugar
3) Add mashed bananas to the mixture. Mix again
4) Add milk, vanilla sugar and salt. Mix
5) Add eggs. Whisk (use a wire whisk or a mixer at minimum speed)
6) Add flour and baking powder. Mix the dough until it has a smooth consistency
7) Place the dough in a baking pan (cover the baking form with some olive oil/butter or baking paper to prevent dough from sticking to the baking form)
8) Bake 30-40 min. Pre-heated oven 180-190 C
