Mushroom soup with rice

Ingredients

Mushrooms 400-500g

Rice 200-300g

Potatoes 5-6

Onions 1

Olive oil

Salt

Black pepper

Bay leaf 2

Allspice

How to cook

1) Clean mushrooms. Cut mushrooms into cubes

2) Boil 2-2,5 liters of water

3) Add mushrooms into water. Add bay leaves and some allspice

4) Cook mushrooms for about 10 minutes

5) Put mushrooms aside

6) Add rice into mushroom broth

7) Mince onions

8) Fry minced onions with mushrooms for about 5-10 minutes. Add salt, black pepper

9) Peel potatoes. Cut potatoes into cubes

10) Add potato cubes, onions, and mushrooms into mushroom broth. Add salt and black pepper (if needed)

11) Cook until potatoes and rice are ready

12) Let soup cool down. You may serve it with some greens (parsley or green onions)
